Dale Horiuchi

I was born and raised in Denver. Graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and then from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center with a master’s degree in Physical therapy in 1996. My family and I have been in the Arkansas Valley since October 2000. My wife Paige and I have two children, Tyler and Bethany, both of whom graduated from Swink. We also have two grandchildren with another one due this October. My experience includes working in outpatient clinics, nursing homes, hospitals and home health.
